The Catalina Room
Situated on the water’s edge, this room takes its name from the famous Catalina flying boats which were based here during World War II. The Catalina Room offers a seamless indoor/outdoor flow with its own private patio, perfect for pre-dinner drinks or relaxed social gatherings after formal events. It’s an ideal setting for smaller, intimate gatherings as well as larger cocktail parties, providing a versatile venue for your next event.
The Roe Room
Named after John Septimus Roe, the stunning Roe Room at Matilda Bay is located upstairs with lift access for guests. It can accommodate a large range of functions including pharmaceutical dinners, award ceremonies, networking event, sundowners, breakfasts, seminars, conferences and more. Overlooking the beautiful Swan River and Perth City, the room offers uninterrupted views and is serviced by a dedicated kitchen, ensuring exceptional food and service for your special event.
THE WINE ROOM
This exclusive private dining room is situated on the ground floor, adjacent to our main restaurant. Ideal for an intimate event, entertaining VIP guests and hosting memorable dinner parties, the Wine Room is unique in Perth. The room seats up to 20 people, with dedicated staff and also has audio visual facilities available.
